Role Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the sales function, with a focus on driving loan acquisition and revenue for Optimus 11. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting and tracking performance targets, and ensuring consistent execution of the company’s sales processes. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads,



developing and nurturing relationships with clients and channel partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and loan processing. The Sales Manager will analyze market trends, optimize sales strategies, prepare regular reports for leadership, and uphold high standards of client communication and service.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex financial deals.
- Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, such as stakeholder management, negotiation, and explicit, professional verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess financial services and lending knowledge, including familiarity with loans, mortgages, NBFC and bank products, and basic credit assessment.
