Role & responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and governance oversight for HR Operations and Employee Services.
- Establish and enforce operating models, process standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Define, create and implement relevant policies, systems, and governance frameworks for the entire organization, working closely with the senior leadership.
- Lead company recruitment requirements and drive it ensuring effective candidate sourcing,interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, group policy framework, and internal governance frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, defining KRA / KPIs, payroll inputs, HRIS management, leave administration, and exits.
- Lead and drive periodical performance appraisals, reviews, compensation and benefits recommendations.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work setting.
- Oversee employment contracts, medical insurance, and other compliance related matters.




- Collaborate with senior Leadership to identify and resolve HR-related challenges.
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems and databases to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Ensure HR data integrity, audit readiness, and operational compliance

Knowledge, skills & experience + AI Readiness:
- Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing HR Operations
- Proven experience in HR operational governance, workforce management, and workforce analytics.
- Leverages AI tools to drive efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance quality of HR deliverables
- Identifies and implements AI-driven improvements across HR processes to increase productivity at scale
- Applies critical judgment to validate AI outputs and ensure alignment with business context
