Svenska Design Hotel is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in accounting. Experience in the hotel industry is preferred Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Process vendor payments and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data as required.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts.
- Hotel industry experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
