Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for critical, senior, and niche positions and will work closely with the HR Head to support organisational hiring needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, solid stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation,



and onboarding coordination for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Handle hiring for mid-level, senior, and critical positions across various functions, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct headhunting to build strong talent pipelines.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication ability, and cultural fit.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
