We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 1.5+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers by understanding their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions for the sales team.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and effectively position solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
