Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to increase life insurance sales through bank channels.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, sales teams, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive growth.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer engagement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry and its products/services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
