Job Title / Role: Lead Accounts Payable
Department: Finance
Location: Hosur / Bangalore
Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience Required: 10 – 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance operations

Role Purpose
To manage and maintain a high level of supplier satisfaction by ensuring accurate accounting of supplier transactions, compliance with statutory and internal requirements, and effective monitoring of Accounts Payable processes. The role aims to drive standardization, process consolidation,



and performance improvement across group entities while building team competency and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting of all supplier invoices related to materials and services, including price adjustments
• Review and ensure provisioning for unaccounted invoices within the accounting period
• Provide weekly fund requirement forecasts to Treasury and ensure timely supplier payments
• Consolidate and streamline all AP processes from group entities into the GCC for standardization and control
• Review reconciliation of supplier accounts and recovery of advances as per agreed terms
• Monitor validity of Bank and Corporate Guarantees related to supplier advances
• Review schedules and supplier accounts monthly to identify and rectify abnormalities
• Oversee supplier master maintenance and changes
