Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for supporting and enhancing core HR functions across the organization. This role includes managing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and HR data maintenance.



The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, coordinating performance management cycles, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role involves close collaboration with management and team leaders to align HR practices with Novorbis’s mission and growth objectives.
