ServiceNow Specialist II (ServiceNow Developer)
Current Needs:
We are looking to add four additional ServiceNow development resources to assist with various capabilities & projects daily. These resources will interact with current Dev staff as well as leadership, and customers and provide daily/weekly updates on status and potential risks to the projects. We will need versatile resources familiar with various modules, so we have and foster depth of knowledge. We are looking for named resources and would like our technical team part of the interview and onboarding process. Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Specialist II (Developer) serves as a critical bridge between client business requirements and the ServiceNow platforms technical capabilities. This role is responsible for designing, developing, configuring,
and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency, automation, and measurable business outcomes. The Specialist II operates as both a technical contributor and client-facing advisor, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Consultation & Solution Design
- Lead discovery workshops to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-driven ServiceNow designs and user stories
- Recommend best practices and industry standards to optimize workflows and automation
- Platform Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and GRC
- Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
