Role Description

The Tender Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for defense-related products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying relevant tender opportunities (including on GeM and other government procurement portals),



analyzing tender documents, preparing compliant and competitive proposals, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, finance, production, and technical experts. The role involves maintaining accurate tender documentation, ensuring adherence to procurement regulations, and tracking submission deadlines and post-tender clarifications. The Tender Specialist can also support pricing strategies, participate in negotiations where required, and provide regular reports on tender status and outcomes to management.

Qualifications
- Robust Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience with government and defense sector tender processes
- Hands-on experience bidding on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) — including vendor registration, catalog listing, bid participation, and post-award order management
- Solid analytical skills for reviewing tender requirements, evaluating risks, and prep
