Job Description

We are looking for skilled Wireless Engineers (QC / TL / AM) with hands-on experience in UK Telecom drafting standards such as Arqiva, Cellnex, CTIL & MBNL. The role involves quality checking, structural drafting, electrical schema interpretation, AutoCAD drafting, and UK client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Technical
- Perform Quality Check (QC) of UK telecom drawings.
- Work on operator standards (Arqiva / Cellnex / CTIL / MBNL).
- Structural drafting for antenna frames, steelworks & rooftop/tower layouts.
- Basic electrical schematic reading.
- Advanced AutoCAD operations (Layers, Layer State Manager, Dynamic Blocks, Tool Palettes, Layout setup).
- Use project standards correctly (e.g., SDNT001, TD3001, approved blocks, 7-step Cellnex CAD checklist).

QC Tasks
- Review accuracy, compliance, operator requirements.
- Validate correct blocks, sheets, series (e.g., CTIL 22 series, VMO2/TEF – 03 series).
- Ensure CAD templates meet UK operator guidelines.

TL / AM Leadership Tasks
- Assign tasks, guide team & monitor daily progress.




- Conduct QA/QC checks before delivery.
- Handle client calls, escalations & technical discussions.
- Mentor engineers and support continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of UK operators: Arqiva / Cellnex / CTIL / MBNL
- Telecom CAD standards
- Structural drafting basics
- Electrical schematic reading
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Understanding of modelling accuracy, material properties

Qualification
- Diploma / BE / BTech – Civil / EEE / ECE / Mechanical (or related)
