About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Digital Marketing services and/or Technical IT projects to B2B clients. You will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns) and technical projects (web development, mobile apps, software solutions).
- Generate leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.




- Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing or technical solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact and discovery to negotiation, closure, and handover to the delivery team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to develop winning proposals and ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline with accurate status, notes, and forecasting data.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging digital marketing and technology services.
