We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards and reports.
- Generate sales, inventory, collection, and performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain databases.
- Develop reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and formulas.
- Support management with data analysis and business insights.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, and Operations teams for reporting.
- Maintain report confidentiality and ensure timely submission.
- Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query)
- Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com/BBA/BCA/B.Sc./Any Graduate)
- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or Data Analyst
- Experience with ERP software is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
