About Us

Kanakya Jewels is a fast-growing imitation jewelry brand built for the contemporary Indian woman — corporate professionals who want pieces that transition from boardrooms to brunches, and Gen Z audiences looking for jewelry with personality. We're currently in an exciting relaunch phase, and we're looking for a creative, internet-savvy Social Media Intern to help us build our digital presence from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, static posts, stories)
- Assist in running and monitoring Meta ad campaigns (we'll train you on Ads Manager basics)
- Research trending audio, formats, and content styles relevant to fashion/jewelry brands
- Engage with our community — respond to comments, DMs, and grow meaningful follower relationships
- Help develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms




- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly insights
- Collaborate on influencer/UGC outreach and creator collaborations
- Support content shoots — from mood boards to on-ground assistance (if hybrid/local)

Who We're Looking For
- A student or recent graduate with a genuine interest in social media, fashion, or D2C brands
- Comfortable using Instagram Reels, Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools
- Strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for what makes content "scroll-stopping"
- Basic understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn algorithms and content trends
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: experience with Meta Ads Manager, copywriting, or photography/videography
