What You'll Do





As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence across Bengaluru by identifying new opportunities and building strong industry relationships.

Your Responsibilities
- Visit residential, commercial, and infrastructure project sites to identify upcoming business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify current project leads through regular field visits.
- Meet and engage with builders, architects, contractors, purchase managers, project managers, and site engineers.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the construction ecosystem.
- Understand project requirements and identify opportunities for granite and marble supply.
- Present Blue Horse Industries' company profile, product portfolio, and value proposition professionally.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations, and negotiations until successful order closure.
