Role & responsibilities

* Identify suitable cities, districts and territories for Bhandari Solar franchise expansion across Madhya Pradesh.

* Generate franchise leads through networking, references, channel partners, exhibitions, market visits and other business development activities.

* Meet prospective franchise partners and explain the companys business model, investment requirements, margins, targets and support system.

* Evaluate the financial strength, market reputation, business background and sales capabilities of potential franchisees.

* Verify the franchisees ability to invest the required security deposit, infrastructure cost and working capital.

* Negotiate commercial terms within the companys approved policies.

* Collect KYC documents, financial documents, property details and other required information from prospective franchisees.

* Prepare franchise evaluation reports and submit recommendations to the management.

* Coordinate with the technical, legal, finance and operations teams for franchise approval.

* Coordinate the preparation,



review and signing of the franchise deed.

* Ensure timely collection of the security deposit and completion of all documentation.

* Support the franchisee during onboarding, training and initial business launch.

* Maintain an updated pipeline of franchise leads and submit regular progress reports.

* Build robust relationships with business owners, investors, contractors, electrical dealers and other potential partners.

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

* experience in franchise development, dealer appointment, distributor development, channel sales or business expansion.

* Experience in solar, electrical products, building materials, automobiles, telecom, consumer durables or financial services will be preferred.

* Strong knowledge of major cities and business markets across Madhya Pradesh.
