Role Description
The Merchant Team Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Raebareli, responsible for leading and managing a team of merchant representatives to achieve sales and channel development targets. This role involves planning daily activities, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure effective execution at retail and channel partner locations.



The Merchant Team Leader will coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients, track key metrics, prepare regular reports, and ensure adherence to company processes and standards. The role also includes training team members, resolving operational issues in the field, maintaining strong relationships with merchants, and identifying opportunities to improve visibility, loyalty, and sales conversion. The position requires a hands-on approach, frequent market visits, and active participation in promotional and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Strong sales and channel management capabilities, with experience in retail or field operations and meeting defined targets.
- Ability to plan and execute merchandising, promotion, and loyalty activities to enhance brand visibility and merchant engage
