About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant with a strong background in IT Services Sales, Digital Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, or IT Staffing Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, engaging CXOs, managing enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, and key business stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and solution pitches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and grow enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling.




- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, IT Consulting Sales, or IT Staffing Sales.
- Experience selling Digital Engineering, Software Development, Cloud, AI/ML, Technology Consulting, or Resource Augmentation services.
- Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and new client acquisition.
- Experience working with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong account management and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and consultative sales approach.

Preferred
- Experience handling a sales team.
- Experience working with enterprise or global clients.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per y
