We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing professional to build, nurture, and scale our partner ecosystem. You will drive revenue growth by onboarding and engaging key channel partners, including Chartered Accountants (CAs), machinery dealers/distributors, freelancers, and industrial property dealers.
This role combines relationship management, strategic lead generation, field marketing, and rigorous reporting to maximize partner-led business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Engagement
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for current channel partners.
- Develop deep, long-term relationships with diverse partner segments to ensure brand loyalty.
- Deliver product training, marketing collateral, and regular updates to keep partners engaged.
- Create incentive programs and engagement initiatives to maximize partner participation.
Lead Generation & Management
- Drive high-quality B2B lead generation through targeted channel partner networks.
- Collaborate with CAs, equipment dealers, freelancers,
and industrial brokers for referrals.
- Track and manage the lifecycle of partner-driven leads from capture to conversion.
- Maintain clean data within the CRM system to prevent channel conflict.
Field Marketing & Events
- Organize roadshows, seminars, and networking events tailored to specific partner communities.
- Execute local field marketing activities to boost brand visibility in key industrial hubs.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and dealer meets to recruit new partners.
Planning & Reporting
- Share strategic marketing plans and performance reports with leadership on a defined schedule.
- Analyze partner ROI, lead conversion rates, and pipeline health regularly.
- Utilize data insights to optimize channel strategies and improve lead quality.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
