We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for recent Graduates or Postgraduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports and trackers as required.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management activities.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates or Postgraduates only (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, MSW, MHRM, or related fields).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
