This role will report to the Senior Manager of Hub Learning & Development and be responsible for:
- Building job aids to compliment SOPs/GDEs and allow for consistent knowledge transfer
- Supporting CRM enhancements via technical writing of business requirements
- Partnering with Quality and Training to assist in identifying any gaps in process knowledge
- Analyzing data management system information for training opportunities or gaps
- Working with IT to develop tools and a system to maintain knowledge
- Ensuring that the documented and stored knowledge is easy to access and apply by the HUB employees
- Identifying and researching updates to payer policies and documenting those updates in the National Payer Tool (NPT)
- Prioritizing work and demonstrating a explicit understanding of business processes and strategy
