- Install and commission SPMs at customer locations as per project requirements.
- Perform machine alignment, assembly verification, functional testing, and trial runs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic automation-related issues during installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Electrical, and Automation teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure machine performance meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.
- Conduct machine acceptance trials and support customer approvals.
- Train customer operators and maintenance personnel on machine operation, safety, and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare and submit installation reports, commissioning reports, and service documentation.
- Provide after-sales technical support and attend breakdown/service calls when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during site activities.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

03 years of experience in machine installation,



commissioning, maintenance, or industrial automation.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience in SPMs or industrial machinery are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electrical systems.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and P&ID;/GA drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial automation concepts, PLCs, sensors, and HMIs is an added advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across India and, if required, overseas.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to CNC, PLC, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
- Knowledge of machine alignment tool
