Responsibilities:
- Understand business in depth to solve business and people challenges
- Own all people related agenda for his/her span - Hiring, Retention, Engagement, L&D;, Performance Management and HR Operations
- Conducts HRBP 1:1's with supervisors and managers, acting as trusted partner, confidant, and coach




- Manage and Drive org wide engagement initiatives/events/social clubs that foster collaboration, energy, and a sense of belonging within teams
- Responds to employee relations issues for managers and leaders
- Collaborates with managers to understand skills and competencies required for existing and open positions, aligning job descriptions
- Strengthen awareness of policies, practices, Companies Values and Ways of Working
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
