Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:
- Develop and execute structured training programs for new hires and existing staff, covering customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for baristas, café managers, and service staff on coffee brewing techniques, food safety, and quality standards.
- Implement soft skills training (communication, teamwork, problem-solving) to enhance customer interactions.
- Create training modules for POS system operations, cash handling, and inventory management.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Ensure that all training aligns with FSSAI food
