Channel Operations team member within the respective geography to manage the successful execution of the end to end order to cash cycle. Work with the local sales teams & collaborate with channel partners to ensure that the order fulfilment process is seamless and supporting the overall goals of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of the order-to-cash fulfillment cycle ensuring management of customer order fulfillment expectations in the most cost efficient manner.
- Works with the Logistics / Operations team to deliver the best logistics performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provides the right inputs to the Channel Manager to be used in sales planning related decision making forums and managing demand related risks with relevant supply and sales teams.
- Overall responsibility for product deliveries within the assigned customers.
- Provide supply visibility to respective geographies and ensure availability and allocation execution.
- Cooperative planning with key accounts in the specific geography.




- Manage Channel inventory within the geography and its optimization.
- Operational performance of demand fulfillment activities including order book management and delivery of goods.
- Ensures that customer requirements are evaluated, prioritized and optimal logistics solutions are developed and deployed within his/her responsibility area.
- Visits customers to understand market realities and converts that information into actions in the allocation & order fulfilment activities.
