We are seeking a highly motivated
Research Analyst
to join our team in Mumbai (Hybrid). This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of the global energy transition and digital infrastructure growth, supporting research and intelligence products used by leading developers, investors, lenders, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Intelligence:
Conduct primary and secondary research across Renewable energy, Power infrastructure, and Data centre markets.
- Market Analysis:
Analyse market trends, Project pipelines, Investment activity, and Key industry developments across North American, Europe and APAC .
- Insight Generation:
Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Sector Tracking:
Monitor regulatory, commercial, and technological developments shaping the energy transition and digital infrastructure landscape.
- Data & Innovation:




Support the enhancement of NPM's proprietary databases, analytics frameworks, and AI-enabled research capabilities.

Key Requirements
- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools, Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Interest or experience in Renewable energy, Power or Data Centre markets is an advantage.
