Role Overview

The Head of Sales and Marketing India will be responsible for creating, leading and executing DOCK-Ys sales and marketing strategy across India.

This is a critical leadership role. The strength and success of the business will be defined by how effectively sales are built, managed and delivered.



The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling premium, aspirational, lifestyle or automobile products across India and must be able to generate sales from the first month itself.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can build a national sales structure, hire and manage regional sales teams, develop city-level partnerships, drive customer conversions, support marketing campaigns and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

National Sales Leadership
- Build and lead DOCK-Ys India sales organisation.
- Recruit, train and manage regional sales leaders across target cities.
- Define city-wise sales targets, partner targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Build a high-performance, accountable and incentive-driven sales culture.
- Ensure sales traction from the first month of operations.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance across cities.
- Create sales playbooks, scripts, funnel processes and conversion
