- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell industrial bearings, bearing housings, bearing sleeves, and associated products.
- Identify and develop new customers in industries such as:
- Steel
- Cement
- Mining
- Power
- Paper
- Automotive
- OEMs
- Textile
- Food Processing
- Engineering Industries
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand application requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Generate sales forecasts and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or ERP systems.
