About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, material handling, dispatch and workforce coordination.

The candidate should be capable of maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring safe storage practices and managing the overall workflow of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and storage operations.
- Supervise receiving, sorting, storage, loading and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse staff, helpers and contractual workers.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure proper segregation, labelling and storage of materials.
- Coordinate with operations, transport, vendors and collection teams.
- Maintain inward, outward, dispatch and delivery documentation.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with operational procedures.
- Monitor vehicle loading,



unloading and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare daily and monthly warehouse reports.
- Identify process gaps and improve warehouse efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
- Experience supervising warehouse staff and daily workflows.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and dispatch management.
- Comfortable using Excel, inventory software or ERP systems.
- Valuable team-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage documentation and operational reports.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and handle field-level operations.
- Experience in recycling, waste management, logistics, manufacturing or material-handling operations will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
