Role Description
The Translation Agency PM (Sales, QC & Operations) is a part time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves managing translation projects from initial client contact to final delivery, including scoping requirements, setting timelines, and coordinating internal workflows. The PM will handle sales outreach, prepare proposals, follow up on leads,



and maintain client relationships to drive new and repeat business. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing quality checks on AI-generated translations, coordinating human review when necessary, and ensuring that deliverables meet accuracy and formatting standards. The PM will also monitor operational performance, update internal documentation, and collaborate with product and technical teams to improve processes and client experience.

Qualifications
