Role Description
The Business Analyst Intern role at Laneway is a contract position based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home days. The intern will support client engagements by gathering and analyzing business data,



documenting business processes, and helping define requirements for consulting and technology projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, assisting in the development of business cases and reports, and preparing presentations for internal and client stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, mapping current workflows, and suggesting improvements that align with project goals. The intern will contribute to project coordination activities and maintain clear documentation to support decision-making and delivery.

Qualifications
- Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Foundational knowledge of Business Analysis and experience or coursework related to evaluating business performance.
- Effective Communication skill
