Full job description

Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage complete books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS)
- Monitor and control accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank, cash, and inter-company reconciliations

Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST compliance: returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliations, and assessments
- Manage TDS compliance: calculation, returns, and Form 16/16A issuance
- Support Income Tax computations, advance tax, and assessments
- Ensure timely statutory filings and liaison with tax authorities

Audit & Reporting
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
- Prepare audit schedules, explanations, and documentation




- Handle audit queries and ensure timely closures
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards

Payroll & Cost Control
- Oversee payroll accounting and statutory deductions
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost control measures
- Support management in financial planning and analysis

Team & Process Management
- Supervise junior accountants and review their work
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,306.01 - ₹65,507.57 per month
