We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Manager who thrives on solving complex business problems using data, structured thinking, and practical execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down ambiguous challenges, identifying patterns, building scalable solutions, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and able to make quick, well-reasoned decisions in a fast-paced workplace.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze business requirements, operational data, and market trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and bottlenecks.Structure complex business problems into actionable frameworks and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Partner with enterprise clients and internal teams to design and implement operational and strategic solutions.
Build financial models, business cases, and dashboards to support decision-making.
Drive process improvements across supply chain, operations, logistics, or workforce management.




Develop and maintain advanced Excel/spreadsheet models for planning, forecasting, and analysis.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Business, and Leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
Monitor solution performance using data and continuously optimize outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

35 years of relevant work experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, enterprise solutions, supply chain, logistics, or similar analytical roles.

Graduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS Pilani, NITs, top DU colleges, or equivalent premier institutions).

Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to quickly identify patterns, structure problems, and develop practical business solutions.
