Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating business, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets for the company's commercial kitchen equipment portfolio. The role involves developing relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, distributors, and end customers while identifying new business opportunities in hospitality, healthcare, education, food service, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Generate enquiries through consultants, architects, kitchen planners, and project management firms.
- Promote the company's complete range of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.




- Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hospitals, educational institutions, industrial kitchens, and catering companies.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve commercial issues promptly.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Channel & Dealer Management
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Support dealers with product training, sales tools, and marketing activities.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement growth strategies.

Project Sales
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP consultants, and kitchen designers during project execution.
- Track upcoming hospitality and institutional projects.
- Manage the sales cycle from enquiry to order closure and handover.
