About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven
Project Manager – Founder's Office
to lead and execute strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, and ensuring critical projects move from idea to implementation.

You will work directly with the Founder on high-impact business priorities spanning growth, operations, marketing, product, technology, partnerships, and organizational initiatives. Every week will bring new challenges and opportunities.

This is not a traditional project management role—it's a business execution role that requires ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from planning to delivery.




- Break large business goals into actionable project plans.
- Create project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Monitor execution and proactively remove roadblocks.

Founder Enablement
- Work closely with the Founder to translate ideas into executable plans.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and decision-making documents.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis for new initiatives.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Technology, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain transparent communication among stakeholders.
- Ensure accountability across teams through structured tracking.

Process & Operations
- Build scalable operating processes.
- Improve workflows and organizational efficiency.
- Create SOPs, documentation, and project playbooks.
