Job Purpose The incumbent would be responsible for preparing & presenting the MIS Dashboard & Reporting timely to the leadership. It will also include coordination with other departments like sales & plant team

Responsibilities
- Data Consolidation & Integrity: Collect and clean large datasets from multiple sources, including ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), WMS, and logistics trackers to ensure "zero tolerance" for data errors.
- Dashboard & Report Generation: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock, dispatches, and warehouse performance.
- KPI Monitoring: Track critical FMCG metrics such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Inventory Turnover, Out-of-Stock (OOS) rates, and Freight Cost per Tonne
- Demand & Supply Alignment: Analyze historical sales and promotional data to improve forecast accuracy and align production plans with market demand.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, stock discrepancies,



or delivery delays through root-cause analysis and suggest cost-saving improvements.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of data and operational readiness.

Desired Candidate would have the following Experience
- Advanced MS Excel: Mastery of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, complex formulas, and ideally Macros/VBA for report automation.
- ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with systems like SAP (SCM/MM modules),
- Data Visualization: Ability to create dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track live performance metrics.
