Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience in product sales, client relationship management, and business development. Candidates with experience in the toys or furniture manufacturing industry will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Handle the clients shared by the leads through system and convert them into business.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.




- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Required Skills:
- Robust sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in product selling and client handling.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop business strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the toys, furniture, or manufacturing industry.

Language Requirement
- Proficiency in Bengali, Oriya is required.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English is
