About the Role

We are looking for a motivated International Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients across the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and other international markets. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads and helping expand our global client base for software development and digital solutions.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international clients.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls with prospects.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to convert opportunities into clients.
- Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales,



or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to build relationships with international clients.
