is hiring a
Marketing & Communications Lead
to own and execute MARL’s marketing, content, communications, and ecosystem visibility.

This role is for someone who can communicate clearly with founders, investors, corporate partners, and the broader startup ecosystem, while also being hands-on enough to write, publish, update, edit, coordinate, and execute.

The Marketing & Communications Lead will manage MARL’s presence across LinkedIn, X, our website, email campaigns, portfolio storytelling, PR outreach, Demo Day promotion, and founder-facing marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do
- Build and execute MARL’s LinkedIn and content strategy
- Manage content across LinkedIn, X, website, and email campaigns
- Create founder and portfolio features, startup spotlights, cohort announcements, and Demo Day content
- Update MARL’s website, including program pages, portfolio pages, event pages, and founder profiles
- Plan and execute email campaigns for applications, events, Demo Days, investor outreach,



and portfolio updates
- Support PR and ecosystem outreach, including VC newsletters, startup media, investor communities, and partners
- Edit basic graphics, founder videos, short clips, and social assets
- Track performance across social, email, website, and campaign channels

What we’re looking for
- Must be based in Bangalore, India
- Strong English writing skills for LinkedIn, email, websites, and investor-facing content
- Experience in marketing, communications, content, PR, or startup ecosystem roles
- Understanding of startups, venture capital, accelerators, or early-stage fundraising
- Ability to turn founder updates into clear, concise, high-quality content
- Comfortable with website tools like WordPress, Framer, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
- Experience with email marketing, list segmentation, follow-ups, and campaign analytics
- Basic design and video editing skills
- Organized, pro
