Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Job Description:
Drive sales growth of the Bazaar Lubes portfolio and achieve volume targets through the distributor network.

Identify and develop current business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and lead generation activities.

Increase lubricant volume contribution and productivity across secondary channels through cross-selling and customer engagement initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, mechanics, and key customers.

Coordinate with lubricant suppliers on day-to-day operations and business activities within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Plan and execute demand generation programs, storming activities, and market activation campaigns to drive sales and market penetration.

Represent the organization at customer meets, trade events, and industry forums to strengthen business relationships and expand market presence.





Develop and deliver product knowledge and sales training programs for channel partners and key business influencers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

General Experience

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 to 12 Years. (Post Graduate will be preferred)

Experience must be in lubricant business.

Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs

Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
