Role Description
The Dispatch Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day dispatch operations. This position coordinates vehicle scheduling, route planning, and load allocation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.



The Dispatch Supervisor monitors order status, resolves delivery issues, and maintains close communication with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers. The role includes maintaining dispatch records, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies. The Dispatch Supervisor also supports continuous process improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in dispatch coordination, route planning, and fleet scheduling to manage daily logistics operations effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking, warehouse documentation, and basic data entry for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, internal teams, and customers, and to handle escalations in a professional manner.
