Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Female Candidates Only
- Age: 26 to 35 Years
- Experience: 2 to 10 Years in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering, or
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or
- B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate plant processes through the Distributed Control System (DCS).
- Ensure safe and productive operation of chemical plant processes.
- Maintain process parameters and achieve production targets.
- Adhere to all SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Laboratory, Utility, and Safety departments for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records.




- Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of DCS Operations.
- Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Chemical Safety, Process Safety Management, and EHS practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work in shifts in the future as per plant requirements.
- Experience in Chlor-Alkali, Caustic Soda, Chlorine, or other continuous process chemical industries will be preferred.
