As a Startup Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive, you will work directly with startup founders, entrepreneurs, incubators, accelerators, and business partners to help grow the Fundraising Hub ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with startup founders and entrepreneurs.
- Understand startup business models and fundraising requirements.
- Guide startups through the onboarding process.
- Build long-term relationships with startups and business partners.
- Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Fundraising Hub professionally during meetings and events.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Startup Ecosystem.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who enjoy networking and interacting with entrepreneurs will be preferred.
