PassionWorkX is looking for an experienced
HR Manager – Client Servicing
to independently lead the complete HR function for multiple client organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who can work as an extended HR partner for clients, drive HR initiatives independently, ensure statutory compliance, and build robust HR processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete HR function for assigned client organizations.
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner and trusted advisor for client leadership teams.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and functions.
- Own the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, retention, exits, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and HR frameworks.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including
PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit Act, POSH
,



and other employment regulations.
- Handle compliance documentation, statutory registrations, audits, inspections, and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, HRMS records, and employee documentation with complete accuracy.
- Design and implement KRAs, KPIs, probation reviews, appraisal frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Draft and issue all HR-related documentation including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Warning Letters, Promotion Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Conduct regular client meetings, identify HR gaps, recommend solutions, and ensure timely execution of action plans.
- Lead employee engagement, training, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations for client leadership.
