Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled System Administrator
managing Linux and Windows environments
. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
– Install, configure, and maintain
Linux and Windows servers
.

– Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security.

– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

– Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

– Perform system updates, patches, and backups.

– Assist in automation, scripting, and process optimization.

– Collaborate with developers, IT, and support teams to maintain smooth operations.

Communicate with customers via email, phone, and remote sessions to deliver technical support
.

– Maintain accurate documentation of support issues, resolutions,



and system updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
– 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar) and Windows Server administration.

– Strong understanding of system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and security practices.

– Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls).

– Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is desirable.

– Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
