Key Responsibilities*
- Own and resolve GCP billing and cost investigation cases endtoend
- Analyze invoices, usage reports, credits, adjustments, and billing exports
- Explain GCP pricing models including usagebased pricing, SUDs, CUDs, and regional pricing
- Correlate technical resource usage to billing and financial impact
- Use billing dashboards, cost management tools, and Big Query Billing exports SQL
- Ensure accurate documentation and auditready billing analysis
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and account teams for issue resolution
- Meet defined SLOs and quality benchmarks while handling customer communications
