Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and utilize continuous improvement methodologies (like Lean or Six Sigma) to reduce scrap, decrease cycle times, and improve overall yield.
- System Design & Simulation: Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), and use simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB) to design and test current process systems.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and lead hands-on technical solutions on the production floor.
- Documentation & Compliance: Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical reports, and conduct regular risk assessments to maintain quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and product managers to scale new products from the initial concept through to full-scale manufacturing
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
