About your team
Finance is a global function at Fidelity International, with around three hundred dedicated employees and offices across 12 locations including UK, Germany, Bermuda, Australia, India and China. The Finance Department supports the management of the business in the achievement of business goals and objectives, and improves shareholder value by ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, integrity, consistency, and relevance of financial information, in relation to the business decision-making process.
About your team & role
Management Reporting & Governance team is a part of Enterprise Reporting & Intelligence Team within Finance. The team is a global centre of excellence for group management accounts and is responsible for production & maintenance of management books for Fidelity Financial Services. The department acts as a gatekeeper of all management P/L data used across Fidelity and is required to display robust business and accounting understanding along with knowledge of the key reporting systems including Hyperion Essbase, CFP, PCMCS. This role is responsible for aiding the production, review, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide financial analysis, and management information that underpins decision-making at the highest levels of Fidelity International.
