About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Retention Marketing Manager to lead technical audits, strategy, and execution across our clients' retention marketing technology stacks. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical implementation, acting as the key liaison between marketing and development teams to deliver ESP/CDP migrations, personalized lifecycle programs, and data-driven omni-channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities




- Conduct comprehensive audits of clients' Retention Marketing technology stack to identify deficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Act as the conduit between marketing teams and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of data and marketing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to develop cohesive omni-channel retention strategies, informed by client data, available technology, and industry best practices.
- Prepare data schemas for user and event data that abide by platform requirements and are grounded in marketing use cases and best practices.
- Provide hands-on execution of ESP and CDP migrations and implementations.
- Manage the IP warming process for new implementations, ensuring best practices are followed and a solid sender reputation is maintained.
- Manage migration of all email templates, flows, and journeys in conjunction with the HTML development team, ensuring all dynamic logic is properly configured and thoroughly QA'd.
