About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and technically inclined Support Engineer Interns to join our Product Support team.

As a Support Engineer Intern, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with product-related queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience. You will collaborate with Product, QA,



and Development teams to diagnose issues, provide timely resolutions, and contribute to improving product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems.
